On 21 November 2017 five-member panel of the Supreme Administrative Court announced its Decision No. 14059, through which it confirmed the decision of the three-member panel of the same court ruling that Energo-pro Grid AD did not abuse its dominant position by imposing excessive prices for the use of the poles of its electricity distribution grid. Thereby, the court brought to an end the procedure started in 2013 at the Competition Protection Commission, by finally repealing Decision No. 451/15 of the CPC and the fine imposed therewith. The unjustly accused company was defended by the attorneys from the partnership Kremena Yaneva-Ivanova and Georgi Spasov.
