Our corporate practice is again gaining the spotlight on the Bulgarian M&A market as we advised Modern Times Group AB on the Bulgarian law aspects of its divesture of Nova Broadcasting Group AD with Allen & Overy acting as lead counsel as to English law. Nova is a Bulgarian commercial media group consisting of several TV channels and 19 online businesses and a printed magazines business.  The final completion remains subject to the approval of the Bulgarian competition watchdog and is expected to take place by the end of the summer. Our team which continues to be involved with monitoring of the conditions precedent satisfaction process consists of Managing Partner Georgi Spasov, Associate Nayden Raychinov and Ina Raikova .
