The European Bank for reconstruction and Development has mandated Spasov & Bratanov to act as its legal counsel in Bulgaria in relation to a EUR 14 700 000 secured term financing for the Sofia Electrical Transport Company EAD, financing which was successfully disbursed in 2020.  The project aims to improve the energy efficiency of the city of Sofia’s public electric transport by financing the acquisition of new electric low floor busies with fast charging technology and related charging stations. The team was coordinated by Vassil Hadjov and included Nadia Hadjova, Krassimir Mitkov and Vladimir Tashev.
