Spasov & Bratanov finished 2020 strong by advising a syndicate of lenders in relation to a new EUR 90,000,000 credit facility made available to Huvepharma Group, a Bulgarian word leading producer of veterinary pharmaceutical products.  The multi-jurisdictional legal team was led by Allen & Overy Poland, acting as English law advisors and Spasov & Bratanov advising on Bulgarian law matters. The transaction affirms the leading position of Spasov & Bratanov on the Bulgarian banking and finance market and is yet another demonstration that even in hard times during the pandemic the active businesses find ways to move forward with their undertakings.

The highly experienced team was coordinated by the managing partner Georgi Spasov, and consisted of the counsel Nadia Hadjova and Krasimir Mitkov.
