Spasov & Bratanov has advised Beijer Ref AB on all aspects of its entry into the Bulgarian market through the acquisition of a majority sharestake in Condex AD, a leading Bulgarian heating, ventilation, and air conditioning distributor. Beijer Ref is a Swedish publicly listed company, part of the Beijer Group, a world leading whole-seller of heating, ventilation and refrigeration technology and HVAC with 143 subsidiaries in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia and Oceania.
