Spasov & Bratanov assisted the Legal Directorate of Nestle Bulgaria AD in the performance of a set of resolutions of the general meeting of the shareholders towards the implementation of a project for the dematerialization of the so far paper-backed shares of the Company, including redemption of shares at a fair price, determined by one of the ‘Big Four’, cancellation of the redeemed shares and decrease of the registered capital. In result Nestle Bulgaria became sole shareholder company with dematerialized shares, held into account with the Central Depository AD. The team of Spasov & Bratanov comprised Ina Raikova, Boyko Bratanov and Georgi Spasov.
