Spasov & Bratanov Lawyers’ Partnership advised on issues of Bulgarian law “Bulgarian Energy Holding” EAD as the issuer of new Eurobond issue in the amount of EUR 800,000,000. The issue was placed (at huge investors’ interest, because of which the amount of the issue was increased) in June 2025 at annual interest rate of 4.250 per cent and was listed on the Irish Stock Exchange (Euronext Dublin). The core role within the team was of Ina Raikova, supported by Petar Dyankov (both senior associates) and Georgi Spasov (Managing partner) and the legal opinion was issued by Boyko Bratanov (name partner). Advisor on issues of English law to “Bulgarian Energy Holding” EAD was a team from A&O Shearman, London, led by Jamie Durham, partner.
