Advising Alpha Bank S.A. on the disposal of its Bulgarian business to Eurobank Bulgaria EAD.
Advising Citibank Europe plc. on the transfer of the business of the branch of Citibank N.A. to Citibank Europe plc. (we have set out a precedent for a transfer of branch-to-branch business enterprise) .
Advising GeoPost SA (a subsidiary of groupe La Poste) in connection with its multi-step acquisition of Speedy AD (listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchane – Sofia), Bulgaria’s leading express courier and parcel delivery company.
Advising a major Bulgarian grains, agriculture and oils producer on its acquisition of port infrastructure in Bulgaria.
Acting for the Bulgarian Privatisation Agency as part of a team led by PriceWaterhouse Coopers Bulgaria on the sale of the Navibulgare (Bulgarian Maritime Fleet), one of Bulgaria’s largest privatisations to-date.
Advising the Bulgarian Energy Holding EAD on its shareholders’ agreement with Westinghouse LLC for the construction of nuclear power plant “Kozloduy Unit 7”.
Advising Net Info AD on its private equity styled corporate expansion, including the acquisition of majority stakes in Grabo Media AD and its affiliates, and the acquisition of a minority stake in Prospecto Group AD.
Advising MTG Modern Times Group AB on its acquisition of New Television – First Private Channel EAD (currently Nova Broadcasting Group AD) and associated companies (Bulgaria’s largest TMT transaction to-date), and on the subsequent group restructuring process.
Advising Energo Pro a.s. and subsidiaries on the renegotiation and closing under the share-purchase agreement for the acquisition of E.ON Bulgaria EAD and its subsidiaries (electricity distribution, trading and related companies).
Advising NEF Telecom Bulgaria, the acquisition arm of AIG, on its acquisition of Bulgarian Telecommunications Company AD (Bulgaria’s largest leveraged acquisition transaction to-date).
