Law firm Kavčič, Bračun & Partners, o.p., d.o.o., one of the Adriala member law firms, has won the first ever CEE Legal Matters CEE Deal of the Year Award for Slovenia at the Deal of the Year Awards Banquet in Prague on June 7 for its work on Sale of Adria Mobil to Trigano in the Course of Ownership Restructuring by Shareholders of Protej d.o.o.

Finalists were selected by a first panel of highly-regarded private practitioners in each market, and the ultimate winners were the determined by a second group of prominent legal experts from across Central and Eastern Europe, evaluating submitted deals signed in the 2017 calendar year based on deal complexity, market (and regional) significance, and innovation. The awards were announced at the CEE Legal Matters Annual Banquet that concluded the June 7, 2019 Dealer’s Choice law firm conference at the Czech National Bank in Prague.
