For more than 26 years, Borislava led the legal function at Citibank in Bulgaria, serving for 24 of those years with additional responsibility for the bank’s compliance function in Bulgaria. This extensive experience has given her a unique combination of legal expertise, regulatory insight, and practical understanding of the complex challenges faced by businesses and financial institutions.
Her long-standing leadership in a highly regulated international environment, together with her broad legal and compliance expertise, will further strengthen our ability to provide clients with pragmatic, commercially focused, and trusted legal advice.
