Advising South Stream Bulgaria AD and assisting in the course of acquiring of the property rights (title to real estate and easements) needed for the construction of the South Stream gas pipeline including completing of comprehensive title due diligence on circa 400 properties.
Advising a major UK based oil and gas producer on the construction of natural gas production facilities.
Advising CREE AS, a French real estate investor, on the sale of a residential complex in Bulgaria.
Acting for the local subsidiaries of AES Corporation on the transfer of real estate and equipment to the Bulgarian Energy System Operator.
