Catching on the rising real estate wave, we acted for the investing stakeholders on the sale of two office buildings in Sofia to WING Zrt. – a leading Hungarian office space developer. Notably one of the buildings is in the area of the up and coming Sofia Tech Park. The complex transaction which closed just before Christmas last year is the fruit of almost an yearlong structuring preparation and prolonged SPA negotiations with the buyer. The S&B team was led by experienced named partner Boyko Bratanov and included Ina (advising on initial structuring, corporate and M&A), Irina (real estate, zoning and corporate) and Nayden (corporate and M&A).
