Spasov and Bratanov has advised Impetus Capital AD, through the investment fund ImVenture II KDA, on its equity investment in the start-up company Noesis. While the Covid pandemic came as a storm to the world economic, it also brought new opportunities for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies and Noesis did not miss its chance to grow and establish a name for itself during this difficult time. In addition with the corporate work related to the acquisition, Impetus also trusted us with the structuring of the financing for Noesis through a series of convertible loans and the all-around legal service in connection with the transaction. The partner Boyko Bratanov and the associates Vladimir Tashev and Krasimir Mitkov, working closely with the client, yet again accomplished great results.
