We are proud to announce that our competition law expert – Kremena Yaneva-Ivanova, was admitted as a full member to the Bulgarian Competition Law Association.

The Bulgarian Competition Law Association is a non-profit association for public benefit. The association seeks to create a platform for public and professional discussion on issues related to the application of competition rules in the Republic of Bulgaria, to work for the enhancement of competition law culture of the business community, the Bulgarian authorities and Bulgarian citizens, as well as to contribute to the development of competition law specialists in the Republic of Bulgaria. In December 2023 the Bulgarian Competition Law Association held its inaugural conference dedicated to trends and challenges in the application of competition law in EU and Bulgaria in which Kremena participated as a speaker.
