Spasov & Bratanov Lawyers’ Partnership assisted Boleron – the innovator of the insurance industry in Bulgaria – in the course of its IPO – the first successful IPO on the BEAM market for 2024 . Spasov & Bratanov provided legal advice at all the stages of preparation of Boleron for this IPO and at the offering of the dematerialized shares, as well as with the registration of the new shares issue with the Bulgarian Stock Exchange and with the Bulgarian Commercial register.
