Spasov and Bratanov successfully advised the International Finance Corporation and Raiffeisenbank International AG Austria on one of the most significant financing transactions of the year in Bulgaria: a €90 million loan financing for R Engineering EOOD (a subsidiary of Rezolv Energy S.A.) to construct one of the country’s largest solar power parks, set to break ground next year.
