Spasov & Bratanov Successful in Commercial Arbitration

We are pleased to announce a significant victory on behalf of our client in a complex commercial arbitration proceedings against a foreign corporate entity before  the Arbitration Court at the Bulgarian Industrial Association. The arbitral tribunal upheld entirely the claim of our client and awarded a sum in excess of EUR 1.5 million, covering contractual damages, costs, and interest.
