Mila Ivanova joins Spasov & Bratanov

Spasov & Bratanov is pleased to announce that Mila Ivanova has joined the firm.

Mila is a lawyer with over 10 years of professional experience, advising local and international clients on a broad range of legal matters, including corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, real estate, dispute resolution, regulatory matters, and legal due diligence.

Prior to joining Spasov & Bratanov, Mila was a Senior Associate at Deloitte Legal, where she provided legal advice to clients on complex business matters and participated in numerous due diligence projects and regulatory advisory engagements, often in a cross-border context. She holds a law degree from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and is a member of the Sofia Bar Association.

With Mila’s appointment, Spasov & Bratanov further strengthens its team and its capacity to deliver high-quality legal services to its clients.
