Welcoming Veronika Stefanova to Spasov & Bratanov
We are delighted to welcome Veronika Stefanova to our team as an Associate.
Veronika graduated magna cum laude from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and was admitted to the Sofia Bar in 2024. She has experience advising both local and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate transformations, restructurings, liquidations and insolvency proceedings. Her experience also includes commercial litigation, enforcement and administrative proceedings, giving her valuable experience both in advisory work and in the courtroom.
Veronika has a particular interest in the energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors, building on her nearly five years of experience as a legal trainee at Overgas Group, the largest privately owned Bulgarian business group active in natural gas trading, supply and distribution.
Prior to joining Spasov & Bratanov, Veronika worked as attorney-at-law at another local law firm. She is fluent in English.
