A team of top members of our competition law and litigation practices has successfully defended Bulgaria Air, the national air carrier of the Republic of Bulgaria, against the complaint of a travel agency for abuse of a stronger bargaining position. The Competition Protection Commission found that all allegations against our client were unfounded and thus dishonored the complaint in its entirety.
