We have advised European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in relation to a EUR 5,000,000 secured loan to PIMK Holding Group AD, the biggest transport company in Bulgaria and top 10 in Europe in terms of transport resources and transported cargos, to be utilized for the purposes of expansion of PIMK’s railway operations aimed at shifting more transport road haulage to railways.
