Spasov and Bratanov successfully advised the International Finance Corporation and Raiffeisenbank International AG Austria on one of the most significant financing transactions of the year in Bulgaria: a €90 million loan financing for R Engineering EOOD (a subsidiary of Rezolv Energy S.A.) to construct one of the country’s largest solar power parks, set to break ground next year. This landmark project marks a significant milestone in advancing renewable energy infrastructure in the region and underscores our firm’s dedication to providing innovative legal solutions for transformative initiatives. The transaction was led and managed by Nadia Hadjova, with key contributions from Kremena Yaneva-Ivanova, Tsvetelina Lazarova, Petar Dyankov, Vladimir Tashev, and Krasimir Mitkov.
