The first transformation of an existing Bulgarian capital company into a company with variable capital – a recently adopted by the legislator new form of company – is a already a fact. While the general expectations are that this new form of company is available for original incorporation and transformation is expected after these cease to be start-ups, it may be also appropriate for reshaping the business opportunities of already incorporated companies, eligible under the law. Our client Praeva Biotech, formerly wholly owned limited liability company, will continue to develop its business in the area of biotech innovations by making use of the advantages, provided for a company with variable capital. This project was completed primarily by Ina Raikova from Spasov & Bratanov.
