Spasov & Bratanov advised and issued a legal opinion to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and JP Morgan Bank Luxembourg S.A. on the validity and enforceability of their model notional pooling services agreements to be entered into between such banks’ affiliates operating out of a number of “master sites” (London, Hong Kong, Australia, Luxembourg, Singapore, Tokyo, Ireland and the Netherlands) and interested Bulgarian-based corporates, financial institutions and other businesses. The team was coordinated by Vassil Hadjov and included Nadia Hadjova and Krassimir Mitkov.
